Hello!
I'm looking to rent out the other room in a 2 bedroom duplex in Superior. It would be 300$ a month and a 1/3 of utilities. Its a 2 minute drive to WITC or UWS. The room won't be furnished, but we have the living room furniture. We also have a washer and dryer in the basement. There are 2 kittens here, both very friendly. Other pets are negotiable. Any age or gender is welcome!
